BUYERS BEWARE!!!!! I needed a formal dress for my daughters birthday, so I found this place on google. Went to their store on Feb 26, 2017, I admit they had some nice merchandise. However, they did not have the color of the dress we wanted so the girl at the register said she will order it online for us and have it delivered to the store, but it has to be prepaid, I said that's fine. I asked how long the dress would take to come in, she said 1 to 1 1/2 weeks at the longest, enough time before the event and I thought "wow they are pretty nice." Then my mom found a dress there for her christening, but found there was a loose thread on the dress and my mom asked the woman if she could order that exact one for us online and have it delivered to the store as well. The woman said "you can just pull the thread back from the inside and it won't look loose instead of getting a new one." Well I'm sorry that doesn't fix the problem. We purchased it and fixed it ourselves. 1 week later I called to get the status of my order and the woman said it did not arrive yet, check back in a couple of days. I checked back exactly 1 1/2 after the order was placed and it still didn't arrive. She told me to call back at the end of the week to check again. I still kept getting the same answer. I called back on the 11th I got the same answer; on the 12th the girl I spoke to over the phone and she said she'd be surprised if the dress didn't arrive on the 15th. I called back on the 15th and they said the dress hadn't arrived yet and my daughters event was to take place on the Saturday! On the afternoon of the 16th I finally got a call from the store telling me the dress had arrived, by the time I was to pick it up after work the dry cleaners would already be closed, and that dress takes 2 business days to clean!!!!!! So I purchased another dress that I was able to hand wash so she had something to wear for her event. I called and spoke to the "manager" who basically said "we never told you it would take 1 to 1 1/2 weeks to get it, it was 14 days." I had someone with me when I placed the order who also heard the girl say it was going to take 1 to 1 1/2 weeks at the longest to get the dress. Well let's do the math, the order was placed on Feb 26th and the dress did not arrive at the store until the afternoon of March 16th, that's 19 days. Then the "manager" said it was my fault I didn't pick up the dress and she would not offer me a refund but a store credit, I said that's fine. As far as I'm concerned, I will not be using that store credit, they can shove it up their you know what. It is not about the money, it is the principle! Trust me, I have already started to let my friends and family know about this experience! Do not order anything from this company!!!!
