In all it's usual glory, American Airlines and it's affiliates are a disappointment with this delayed flight. Looks like we will have to be late getting to Cabo today. For some unexplained reason, our flight was delayed, and it's taken nearly an hour to rebook just 6 of the probably 50 or so passengers who are missing connections in Phoenix. Tried beating the system by calling US Airways and was told I'd be waiting between 24-32 minutes to talk with an agent. I guess that's better than what looks like hours waiting in the line of people at our gate, but where is the customer service?! There's 8 or so other U.S. Airways stations that have staff just lingering around that could be used to rebook flights, but instead the employees are just standing with their thumbs in their asses. I'm not one to give 1 star ratings, but this is ridiculous! This is why I always try to stick with Southwest, but they unfortunately cancelled their flights into Cabo, so we had to book with someone else.
