Left several messages over a week's period for a quote and they never called back. After leaving a negative Yelp review I got a quick response saying that Chris just got married and they would do anything to make it right. I made an appointment a week out. Chris showed up 3+ hours late for the appointment. I showed him the job and I was promised a quote by Thursday. On Friday I never got a deliverable and called him back. Then I was promised a quote on Sunday. It is now Wednesday and I've never received anything.
