Although my massage was pretty decent, I was disappointed with the service. First of all when I checked in to the men's locker room the attendant did not offer me slippers. There weren't any in the locker either. I assumed they don't offer any. The relaxation room was very small and cramped. When I went to make myself a cup of tea after my message, I realized that there wasn't much hot water in the dispenser and when I managed to fill the small cup, it turned out that the water was cold. They only offered one kind of tea in loose form and I had to make my own tea bag. Later I went to the steam room which was okay. But after my plunge in the cold water tub, I realized that the sauna room wasn't working. The other thing that bothered me was that we had to walk to the treatment rooms through the public areas of the spa. There was no direct access. The entire facility is very dated too. At this price point I expected a lot more.
