If only there's no stars option I would give them that instead, they don't deserve one star either. Customer service was so poorly. Today came in and the store wasn't busy...bunch of stuck up old men employees were just staring at us giving us elevated look. No one greed us or say hi to us, we came in wanted to buy a few things for my fiancé but wasn't sure which sections. Walking around noticed their attitude looking at us like we have no money, honestly today they just lost our business. Too bad they lost a few thousand dollars from us. Idiots stuck up minimum wage employees, they should get fire if not Harry Rosen will be out of business soon, cause everyone get intimidated walking in there.
