For some unknown reason, after using this service for a few years,Angela has "changed". We returned from vacation and one days worth of my dogs meds were not given to her (as they were still in the baggie I left with an exact count) and the alarm for the house was not set. After asking what happened, I received a reply of "I don't know". She then told me she no longer would be providing service in our area (her website still says she does) and returned my key - however in a very cumbersome way. She insisted to send them UPS and to be "signed" for. This left a HUGE inconvenience for me as I work 26 miles away from home. And it was pulling teeth to get my overpayment returned. She wanted my bank account information and I refused. So she finally put a check in the mail. Very very strange behavior. AND I would NOT feel comfortable leaving my pups with her ever again.
