I was looking for a gently used Toyota, and I found one that looked appealing at this Volkswagen. Chris was very helpful in my car search, and he was very honest, trustworthy, and reasonable. The rear brakes weren't in great shape, so Chris even agreed to repair them as part of the great price we agreed to.
Within a couple of weeks, the check engine light came on, signaling an emissions problem. I called Chris, and he said to bring it in. The service staff was wonderful to work with, and they even loaned me a Jetta to use overnight while they looked at my car. The next day, they called and said it was simply a gas cap issue and my car was ready to go. I left that day paying $0. Chris had taken care of everything for me. All it amounted to was a small hassle on my part.
I dreaded car shopping and pushy salespeople, but I had a positive experience here. I highly recommend Chris and the very friendly, competent office and service staff.
