I started seeing Dr. Dave in 1983 and would still be with him and his practice if I hadn't moved out of state. My appreciation for him began with the concern he always had for my well-being and comfort as he worked on me. There was a time when I chuckled at something he said while working on my teeth; all hands and instruments flew out of my mouth instantly because he and his assistant thought they hurt me. Over the years I referred many folks to him and had many more say that they couldn't believe that I looked forward to seeing my dentist. Competent and caring? Absolutely!!! Creative? Yup! Dr. Dave looks at dental health care as a partnership between himself and the patient; discussing every step of what's needed and aiding the patient to make a wise and informed decision. I also thoroughly enjoyed the banter with him and his crew. Bad jokes? Of course! He didn't get insulted when I groaned, though. And he was NEVER inappropriate with his humor or otherwise. His staff/partners are amazing, too. I'm a total fan and would whole-heartedly recommend him to anybody. I don't know how I can be lucky enough to find a dentist even close to him in my new home state. Sorry, Kelvin, you missed it on this review!
