After my previous review I was quickly contacted by Lyfe Kitchen. Within the next few days I was directly contacted by the manager of this store. That alone shows that there are many individuals within this company that truly cares about customer service and what Lyfe Kitchen represents. Although this was my first time at a Lyfe Kitchen and the experience wasn't what I had expected, I have to remember that one rotten bad egg shouldn't spoil the rest. The rest of the staff that day were very genuine and kind, and overall cared about service. It was the day after Thanksgiving, where many of us get to spend it with our families, but they were working, which I can commend them for. Although the manager wanted to bring me and a guest back for a complimentary meal, I would rather have that go towards someone that might need it more, especially during this time of year, which is a great time to give back. Having him reach out to me really showed me respect and how much they value their patrons. I will definitely be coming back here in the near future, thank you!
