I'm sure it's been said nearly a thousand times before but this may very well be the best bbq in AZ. I'm a native Texan and used to eating some good Texas bbq but this is something to write home about. Jake our waiter states that they smoke their meats for 18 hours. The food tasted every bit like they did. I could really taste the smoke flavor with the sausage which they filleted open to soak up the flavor. I can tell you that it tastes like they use pecan and mesquite wood for smoking. I've passed this place thousands of times and smelled the fresh wood smoking and my only regret is not coming here any sooner. If you're bringing a group make sure to try the whole hog heaven. It's more than enough food for three people. The food was every bit worth the price!
