In today's world it's hard to find a business that lives up to the promises and performance they want you to believe. I'm here to tell you these guys at Desert Gator Pool Service are the REAL DEAL. We had been using their weekly service at several locations for years. Whenever we had an issue they always handled it quickly and professionally. We never felt we were being taken advantage of or that they repaired equipment that didn't need repairing. They have always shown a high degree of integrity and reliability. When it came time to completely overhaul a pool we began to discuss it with our weekly service guy (James), which by the way has always kept our water perfect at a cheaper price than we ever did when we tried doing it ourselves. We knew they did weekly maintenance and equipment repairs but had no idea they could do a complete remodel. As we were gathering information about who James would recommend, he enlightened us to the fact that Desert Gator could resurface our pool, resurface the cool deck and upgrade our plumbing and make any changes we needed. I agreed to have an estimate and a few days later Doug came out looked over the project, told me he could have it done in twelve days and what it would cost. We set up a schedule and sure enough it took one day to empty the pool. The plaster was all removed in one day. The tile was done in one day. The plumbing was done in one day. The deck was completed in one day. It was re-plastered in one day and we filled the pool back up in one day. The remainder of the time was them waiting on us to make up our minds on colors, textures, etc. One thing that made the whole experience GREAT was in the beginning Doug made a comment that he didn't want us to be stressed out over the whole thing while they went about doing their job. He wanted it to be a fun experience. Thanks Doug for giving us so much flexibility. The rescheduling you had to go through and allowing us to make changes as we went through the process. We love the job you did and can't say enough about the people that work for you. It truly was an enjoyable experience and we couldn't be more satisfied. It turned out better than what we had envisioned and will have many years of enjoyment because of your commitment to satisfy your customers.
