Sadly a disappointing visit. The store and lobby were beautiful. But as I walked into my room and expressed my excitement for my hot stone massage, they said I wasn't scheduled for one. Instead of offering me to wait for the stones to heat, I got a confused look from the masseuse till I finally said I would settle for a regular massage. The massage was mediocre, and felt like the masseuse was simply going through the motions.
The last strange event occurred when I went to pay. The receptionist was rude and made it seem like I was interrupting her free time. Lastly when I went to tip, I was inform to put my tip in the tip envelope. I handed it to the receptionist and she opened it right in front of me. It seemed unprofessional. Finally I was left there standing with no pleasantries or a good bye till I just walked away. Would never return.
