The Dr.s are wonderful as long as you are patient enough to wait. My first visit I actually had to walk out because I waited over an hour and was skipped for the next patient at least twice. I should have known then that this wasn't the best place to go, But having a vasectomy done I wanted someone with experience. As I walked out the office manager assisted me in getting rescheduled. He was very good and knew how to handle the situation. The most frustrating thing about this practice is the scheduling and patient contact. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. I'm still waiting for a callback to schedule a follow up. I left a message over 72 hours ago. Their instructions are to leave a message and someone will call you back in 24-48 hours and it is requested you don't leave multiple messages. This is a terrible policy. I've been in the office a few times and the front desk staff feels it's more important to check their personal cell phones as opposed to answering the office phone.
