In all honesty I think a 4-star rating would suffice, there is always something a business can do to improve and they should always strive to do so, however I felt given the previous ratings I would try to help them out. The reviews themselves did not make me want to give this car wash a shot, but the way the owner conducted himself in his reply to those reviewers made me curious, and I felt it was worth an extra star! As for the service: I felt I got exactly what I paid for..the vacuum worked great and 4 minutes was more than enough time to clean the inside and all 4 individual mats, the fragrance is a nice touch. I don't think I will use it again because I like my air-freshener, but I can see the appeal. Then on to the wash...I really like that you just keep putting in money and you can go through the different products offered as you see fit. For this visit I used a pre-wash, high power wash, rinse, conditioner, rainX and then spot free rinse. It did the job..total (including the vacuum) I maybe spent $10 give or take. It was well worth it to have the products and tools available. I didn't need any customer service so I had no reason to speak to an employee during my visit. I would go out there again..it's a little out of the way for me, but I would encourage people to give it a shot. If the other reviews are accurate it is clear the owner took them to heart and made some changes.
