I love Prime and all of it's over the top velvet. It's view of Paris' Eiffel Tower across the Fountain , is in my opinion, the best seat in the house, and when you are lucky enough to score that spot it really adds ambiance .
I love steak, and i love the steak at Prime as it has been consistently tender, juicy, and sizzling. I love getting the Miso mustard sauce with my Rib-eye and asparagus and a baked potato as my sides ( the mashed potatoes are to die for but i try and save room for dessert ) I also love their beet salad. I have not had anything other than steak as my Entree here but i feel they have a pretty solid menu .
Chocolate Souffle is excellent !
Service is more hit than miss so coupled with the great steak meal it still gets a 5 star rating from me after more than a few visits over the years .
