Definitely one of the better Garden Inns that I have been to. The rooms accouterments are your standard Garden Inn fare however it's awesome customer service makes you think that you are at a Conrad vs a Garden Inn.
Here are several key examples why they have me singing their praises:
A plate of truffles with your name I chocolate welcomes you to your room.
Complimentary robe and slippers with my name embroidered on it take home.
The in house fitness facility is small and dismal however they offer complimentary access to Conte Sport across the street.
Attention to detail. The housekeeping staff noticed that I was working unconventional hours. The head of housekeeping called me and asked if there was a specific time that I wanted them to service the room. Never once was I woken up by the staff during my stay.
Free parking if you are a long term guest.
