I thought since I was going to get good service since Berger works with Allied Moving, a national service. However, I was dead wrong. Since Allied is a national service, they have to partner with a bunch of smaller companies if you plan to go across country, and the service you get really depends on those smaller companies.
First, Berger they broke my bed frame when they were taking it apart. They didn't tell me they broke it, so it was a surprise when it was delivered. Speaking of delivery, they arrived four days late...And I wasn't notified until I called to ask where my furniture was. Allied didn't compensate me for they delay, because my delivery was under 3,500 pounds. I had to stay in a rental for four days since I didn't have my furniture, which cost me money.
At least Allied paid me for my bed, I'll give them that.
