I have been here about 6 years. I will be moving in two months. The reason for moving is because I just want change of sceanary and bigger apartment. I didn't have too much issues with my neighbers or management. It is not the friendliest or the nicest part of the town. The gates are never closed, I was once late on my rent and they charged me 50 bucks. yeah yeah.. its my fault. Maintenance staff are pretty quick and there are screaming kids around 5pm everyday, but thats everywhere. The rent is decently priced, with a nice gym and the pool that I have never used. like I said, it is not a bad place to live.
