I do not have issue with NVEnergy, per say, but more to the point their mPowered energy saver program. The program itself was great provided that you never had an issue with the service and/or equipment because their customer service is worse than Cox Communications. I have never dealt with more rude and inconsiderate people in my life. I have been waiting on a service technician for over 12 hours today. Every time I call, they just reply, "someone is on the way". I am beyond displeased.
