Wow - what an experience. Wanted to surprise the family with the experience of having a limo waiting for us when we got to Vegas. Well guess what... we get there and there is no limo. I call them and they say I forgot to reconfirm. Well, I have an email trail of at least 4-5 emails confirming that we will be there at that particular date and time.
So then we wait at the airport for 20 minutes while they scare up a limo. The driver doesn't hold the door open for my wife or daughter. And then he talks at a loud volume with his buddy throughout the entire ride - complaining about how the limo service doesn't really understand or value the services he provides.
Will not use again.
