Zerorez came out to my room to clean 2 rooms and an attached office. They were professional and polite. They wore booties the whole time they were cleaning and the carpet looked much better than before. I went with the scotch guard protectant because I believe for $25 a room it was worth it so I did not have to get my carpets cleaned as frequently. I would definitely use them again in the future. They made a deal with me to have 2 rooms (basically three rooms based on size) and have them scotch guarded for $130 plus the environmental fee of $14 dollars. If you need a carpet cleaner.
