About 10 years ago I took my car to what was then Roosevelt body shop in south Scottsdale, it was great, friendly and professional service so a few months ago when another car hit me my first choice was to bring it back. I was so disappointed when I saw the shop had changed to a custom shop with different owners but was told Roosevelt changed its name to Arcadia and moved up to Thomas. I was relived when went up there to see its owned and run by the same guy, Peter, as Roosevelt. Ive never met a more professional and honest guy especially in the car business. Because I am me I still took my car to a few other places to get additional estimates but all 3 were slightly to exorbitantly more than Arcadia (one was about 30-40% more I didn't understand that one) Once again Peter showed me why he's been in the business 20 years, he is what you wish every car place was like. I joked with him he needs to start doing mechanic work like oil changes because the guys at my oil change place are suspect, (how many times do you need to change transmission fluid? According to them every fortnight (jk kinda) ) Overall great place, I hope I don't have to use their services again but if I do this will once again be the first place I go
