Good experience for my first trip to this arena. My brothers girlfriend was sick so I tagged along to the concert with him. I was pleased with how easy it was to find parking nearby so close to showtime. Short walk to the arena and didn't have to wait long to get in. Security lines moved swiftly so we weren't standing in the cold for a long time. A lot of friendly staff inside to help people figure out where to go and answer questions. Food options were pretty basic but can't complain. We were kind of hangry so we sucked it up and paid for some chicken tenders and fries. So good! I don't know if it was because we were starving or they actually were that great. So don't quote me. We were in the upper level and had no issues finding our seats. There is great visibility in this arena. I don't think there is a bad seat in there. We were able to hear the music and see everything happening just fine. Little chaotic trying to leave but you will have that with most large events. This is a really nice clean arena and I wouldn't mind returning. Pack some snacks for after your event when you're stuck in traffic. Enjoy.
