Very impressed. My first visit to any Honda dealership in Arizona. From my first call to the service department to setup the appointment, arriving to drop off my car, Jason calling me to update me on my car, and finally picking it up...all I can say is amazing service!! The appointment setup was extremely efficient (I had previously call the Gilbert dealership twice to have the warranty work scheduled. Both time I was put on hold, routed around and then put back in the hold queue, then told they couldn't schedule the warranty work without speaking with a service manager, told they would call me back and then never hearing from them). Needless to say I then called Tempe Honda and was "wow"!. Check in was streamlined, took less than five minutes. Jason was awesome to work with and very helpful. I had a feeling my brakes might be getting bad and sure enough they were!! And pickup was just a streamlined and efficient as check in. Very happy with the experience all the way around and will return for future service needs.
