I tried out this place just the other day. Told my tech that I liked my nails short, the length that they were already at. But my tech continued to clip my remaining acrylics, (3 fell off prior to my appointment). Clipped them down shorter then what I prefer. I also thought that since I had a few missing that she would replace them. She filed down my natural nail and proceeded to paint them. So now I don't even have a full set that match and 3 of my nails have chipped paint and 1 nail has begun to fall off, all because of how short they are. I have a considerable amount more, but needles to say, I will not be returning.
