We purchased our certified pre-owned EOS on May 31st. We recognized a problem with it during our test drive, but loved the car anyway. We were assured by our sales person that if there was any problem, VW would stand behind the car and fix it. We continued to experience the same problem as we drove it all weekend. We called and spoke to the service manager, Keith Gallaway, on June 4th and he asked that we bring the car in so he could test drive he car, he recognized the problem as well. As it turned out the VW rep was due to be in the dealership the following day. I was expertly set up with a loaner car, a very nice Passat, to drive while my car was looked at further. Harold our service advisor and Keith were quick, efficient and extremely courteous. The car was worked on that week, but on Friday the 8th it was determined that another part was needed in order to correct the current problem. It was possible that this could take an additional week to ten days. I was very upset since we had only had our car for three days and had been out of it for a week already. The service manager, sales manager and general manager, went above and beyond and placed me in a brand new EOS Lux (the same model as we purchased though ours was 2 years old) without blinking an eye, now that is customer service at its finest!!!
My car was ready a week later, the service team had it sparkling clean and the gas tank was topped off. I am so impressed with Lunde's Peoria VW that I have shared this experience with many of my friends. I will ABSOLUTELY recommend this dealership, for sales and service to anyone that will listen to me.
I am extremely impressed with the communication from department to department, and the willingness for all departments to work in a teamlike fashion to go above and beyond to service their customers.
Way to go Peoria VW - you have two thumbs up from my husband and myself!!!
