Worst experience ever! The manager, who goes by the name Jay, is the rudest, most unprofessional employee that I've dealt with. He has NO customer service skills, lacks a brain as well because he obviously does not know how to run a business on his own and provides false information. He tells me that because I made him wait 2 1/2 hours and made him wait again the following day that now I cannot pick up my car at any time only during the hours of 8-5 when on the website it clearly says open 24 hours! Then I try to ask him about the price and he hangs up on me! Jay is a complete MORON!!!
