My review is purely on the automotive/tire desk. I had purchased tires here a year prior to my most recent visit. After one year, my tires with a 75K mile warranty needed replaced. I came in to have them replaced and the girl, Chelsea, at the tire desk was rude and unprofessional. While my tires were being inspected, I looked up to see her sitting in the passenger seat of my car going through the glove box. Obviously upset, I asked what she was doing and she said I told her to go through it to find some documentation. No idea where that idea came from and I asked to speak with a manager. She called for one and I spoke with someone who said he was the manager and he said that there was a miscommunication and what she did was acceptable. I don't see under any circumstances why a receptionist would need to remove everything and go through a customer's personal belongings. I called back later and requested to speak with the manager and I was transferred to Michael Jackson. I explained the story to him and he informed me the gentleman Chelsea called over for me to speak with was in fact NOT a manager. I asked him some questions about my tire warranty after he was very apologetic and he said he'd call me back. Never heard back even though I followed up twice.
