Unbelievable!!! I just moved here from Florida & when realtor was selling me a house the first thing she told me was to be prepared for the worse day of my life when go to DMV for Nevada license. She was right.
I went on day 1 ( after going on line & TRYING to get all the paperwork they require & that is a lot: birth certificate, social security card, bills from water company, bills from electric company, etc.) . Anyway, got there & waited to be called. Was told had to take a test for new license & come back tomorrow. Asked where I got the brochure to study fit test. No one knew & told me to go on-line & check there. This is the DMV where they are supposed to know that info. Came back next day & was told don't need to take test. I filled out my paperwork for my license. When I got it back it listed me as a JUNIOR. My father has a totally different name than me & have never been a JUNIOR. I said that was wrong. Was told would have to come back again on a third day & do it all over again. I said forget it. Now, on my license, I am a junior.
Also, went to a new doctor & he took info off my license & am now a junior on all my medical insurance.
Be prepared for the worse here .
