Terrible customer service. Booked an appointment 6 weeks in advance and paid a $100 deposit. Changed mind 1 week later (still a month outside of the appointment) and was told, surprise, the deposit is non refundable. No mention of this to me beforehand when everything else was gone over. Was told someone would look into it and never got a response. Emailed them again and they said to call and speak to the mgr who apparently wasn't there when I was told. Tried calling 3 different times and days when staff said he would be available, and no luck. Staff won't take name and number so he can call me back instead of me chasing him down. Actually told me that he wont take the time to do call backs or refunds. Truly astonishing.
