First service at this dealership. Services appointment at 8:15. Was told the process would take 15 min to drop off the car and get a loaner (seems like a standard amount of time) Someone takes my keys and tells me my serv advisor will be with me in 5-6 minutes. 25 minutes pass, and not even a greeting from the advisor. Someone looks for my advisor but I wouldn't be able to finish drop off until past 9am. I couldn't wait any longer so I asked for my car back. They were busy, but no busier than other dealerships I've been to where the advisor would greet me w/in 5 min and have me out within 15-20min total.
