I wish they had negative Stars! I've consistently had Cox for 5 years and every year they raised the rates it seems. Be very worried if you get some kind of a promotional offer. They raised the rate and didn't even tell me. Their excuse was they put it on my bill; my bill came electronically, so the upshot of it was I had to pay $10 more to go down to the next lowest level of service. Now, this morning, I'm told that they put a "trap" on my service. Miraculously, somebody had scheduled to "come out tomorrow between 1 and 3 to take off the Trap." It all sounded like garbage to me. I cannot be here tomorrow; I have to work so I can pay my outrageous cable bill. Bye bye Cox. I will try CenturyLink I'm tired of being made a fool with your high rates, addons, and crappy service. When I told them of the bad internet speeds they said they only guarantee the Speed to the modem so streaming devices are out. in my opinion, Cox offers the worst product for the highest price. Avoid Cox like the plague they're not worth the head games and the aggravation when buffering never ends.
