This Sephora is a hit or miss. I've had some great customer experiences here, and some not so great.
My online return was not accepted at this store today because the purchase was not made through a JC Penney Sephora website. I've been able to return all online orders in the past. The Sephora representative on the phone said I should have been able to return to this store.
I attempted to call and reach a manager from this store several times, but there was no answer.
Things like this are what I'm talking about.
I won't return to this store.
