Reserved ahead of time and paid for a VIP room ($72/hr) but they stuffed us into a smaller room and people had to sit on couch arms and stand because they didn't honor their reservation. We paid for one hour and were told we would be able to switch to a bigger room afterwards because it was taken. After the first hour ran out and some people had left due to cramped space, we went to renew for a second hour and the old guy at the front kept yelling and being really mean when we asked to pay per person because we had less people. We even offered to stay in the same room and not upgrade to a bigger room. He refused and charged us the same $72 rate. This place has gotten more and more rude the last few times I've visited. Not planning to return and will not recommend to any of my friends. Try gorhe gorhe or freezone down the street their service is nicer.
