Awful experience. The front desk staff is unfriendly and doesn't pay attention to the desk. When I asked if the dr was behind, I was told that there were only two people ahead of me. 45 minutes later and 6-7 patients, my 2.5 yr old was called back. This is a pediatric dr and waiting is just no big deal to them. Well when I have a toddler and an 8 mo old hanging out and I left work early to get there only for them to assume my time is not valuable, I get irritated. When we finally got called, I asked the lady why the hell it took so long? She said, we dilate eyes so some kids are waiting for that reason. Then the doctor came in, said he looks good, and we left. We were in the room for 2 minutes!!! They couldn't bring us in on time and made my children wait for 50 minutes for a 2 minute appointment. Horrible!!
