Bad customer service. Just ran up to a nail salon that I stop going to last year. I stopped going because there was a fight between a customer and the Asian nail techs while the customers sat and watched. Pretty scary right. So I figured it's been a year I'll run up here me and my daughter and get our eyebrows done. Get there and the man said 5 mins. I reconfirmed with him 5 mins. Well after we sat there for almost 20 mins my daughter asked why did they initially say 5 mins and we have been waiting much longer. One Asian lady immediately replied "you need to go sit down. We are busy" So we decided to leave. As we were leaving a voice from under the counter said "get out of here hoe". Listen I'm only sending this to say where has the customer service gone. This shop obviously think they can talk to and treat people any kind of way. The sad thing is this shop, next to Walmart on Albemarle Rd, still have customers who want their nails done at this establishment knowing that they fight their customers and treat them disrespectful. That's all!
