As a last harrah, I wandered over to Wet Republic; unfriendly bouncers in cheesy Euro glasses glanced at me up and down before making me wait in the sweltering heat.
I got in for free being on the guestlist (and staying at the MGM); it was overload on silicone everything. Needless to say, I felt completely out of place, but it was certainly interesting wandering around in a boozy state talking to uber fake people. I think I talked to one genuine person that whole time. Oh yeah, and Lindsay Lohan was there; what a hot mess.
One serious plus though: SERIOUS EYE CANDY. Good lord people, I didn't know abs came in that many shapes and sizes.
