From the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out, this was by far the best customer service ever at an AT&T store. Elynor with the purple hair went the extra mile in making sure me and my fiancé got the absolute best deal you could ask for. She called around different stores to get the phones we wanted and offered us any accessories that we might need. We signed up for the Direct TV offer and practically saved us $40 a month by switching from Verizon.
Nathan was her associate. He answered all of our questions and professionally handled our situation like a top-notch salesman. He wasn't too pushy and kept things to a minimum. We were at the store for several hours but that's what happens when you care about your customers; you go the extra mile and that's what Elynor and Nathan did.
