My first time to try out Mozaik and I'm so glad I did. Karina, my aesthetician, took great care of me. I'm super conscious of my acne so I was anxious to get a facial, but Karina immediately put me at ease. She had a gentle touch and was really thorough and made sure I understood what was being applied to my face. I had questions about skin care and she was happy to answer them -- even offered some samples for me to try. I also appreciated that she was not pushy at all in getting me to buy the products.
Overall, I like the ambiance of this place. Robert gave me a quick tour of the place and they have a full service spa to my delight -- massages, nail treatment, and hair services to name a few. I saw a glimpse of Robert in action: opening the door for clients, greeting them with a smile, and answering phones promptly and courteously. These are traits of an amazing customer service which makes Mozaik a keeper in my book.
I like supporting local, family-owned businesses in Arizona and I'm glad to have found my go-to spa in Mozaik. Looking forward to trying out the couples massage soon!
