No stars. I was given an MRI appointment for 10 PM on a Friday night June 3 2016. This seemed very late to me- but I was told since they are located next to the hospital, they have extended hours. I drove up with my husband and saw only a receptionist. When I said I had an appointment- she asked if I was Mrs.XXXX. I replied yes. She responded that they tried to reach me- my insurance does not cover the MRI. First- I asked about what number she called? I have only one for 20 years. She said the person who answered the phone said wrong number. Clearly that was not me. And I had my phone with me it is the only phone I have and run my own business. Next she said I was not covered by Insurance. Again-not true. I have Aetna Silver Open Choice PPO. My Primary Care Physician had called for the appointment and there were no insurance issues. I offered to pay cash, credit card etc and would straighten it out with Aetna. She said no. I believe you let the MRI Tech leave early and then made up an excuse. I waited for this MRI and needed it for how to proceed with my medical treatment. I would never recommend your facility.
