Ulta staff is friendly, helpful, and approachable, kudos to the manager. However, on several visits, it was hard to find someone to assist us. This place seems understaffed. Also, they frequently seem to be out of stock of many items. We love the Ulta brand makeup and the prices are very reasonable.
In my opinion, the salon seems to be overpriced, especially for the quality of service. The hairdressers are nice and friendly, but their skills seem to be a little outdated or sub par. One quoted a dry haircut for my daughter at $90, seriously?!? This seems to be a bit excessive. We cancelled the appointment. I guess they set their own prices. We won't be returning to the salon.
