Was just completely offended by Doug, the Pharmacist. He honestly yelled at me in front of entire store because I needed a presc filled before it was due. I had even contacted my ins. co. the day before to make sure it would be acceptable. I am going on vacation and I was told getting prescriptions filled early is a common practice. Ins even did a "test fill" and it went through with no issues. They told me if the pharmacist had probs, just have him call them. He refused. This man freaked out on me and raised his voice several times during our discussion. I merely asked if this is a company policy or his personal issue. He would neither confirm nor deny but was definitely able to degrade me and attempt to make he feel horrible for going on vacation. Wow! Just wow! I think this man needs a hug or something!
