Dr ONeil was pleasant in her demeanor and seemed confident and secure in her abilities, she also acted as a genetic counselor which is odd (FYI doctors and genetic counselor should be very seperate! See John Lee at Cedars Sinai). What I did not like and why I didn't go back is HER STAFF. They're inappropriate and rude. In fact when I called to request my test results, and said I'd come in to get them, the girl blurted out via phone that I was BRCA*, an awful thing to find out that way!!! As a physician you would think she'd care about the way her patients are treated...not so much :(
