Never had issues with pickup. However delivery has been an issue. Ordered via the app with a comment saying that I was at a public place and that they would need to call when they arrived. So what do they do? Send a driver who does not have a cell phone in an unmarked vehicle and then try telling me he tried coming and it was my fault for not receiving my order.
