Walked in only to be ignored for 10 minutes while I stood at the repair counter and 3 sales associates stood around talking with an old sales associate that had come in. Then another couple walked in got greeted immediately an walked over to the repair counter where I was finally asked if I'd been helped where I stated I had not. Why she asked is beyond me as she who asked helped the other couple first. When finally being helped got my ring that'd been in shop for 3 weeks to discover they ordered the wrong stone. Now to wait another week or 2 or 3. Rudest service I'd ever received unwilling to help and felt as if I was a bother. Mind you this was a custom ring that cost alot of money. Time I find myself a new jeweler willing to listen to my concerns and wanting to help rather than roll their eyes.
