I was looking for a decent day spa - am still looking. I went to Cuz Of You based on Yelp reviews, but should have read carefully because they're almost all mani-pedi, not day spa. I booked a 1/2 back massage and express (45 min) facial, but was out in under an hour so something was short... There is 1 spa room, it's not spotlessly clean and there was clutter (a dolly up against the wall, for example). The lights weren't dimmed during the procedure and there's no music, just the tick-tock-tick-tock of a clock. Zero for ambiance. The massage was really just a back rub - not enough pressure or working out any knots. I didn't feel as though I'd had a massage when it was over. The facial consisted of washing my face, being spritzed with toner, exfoliated (think old-school walnut scrub), mask (left alone for 10 minutes), washed again, spritzed again, moisturizer and sunscreen. Nothing special, no extraction (which I could use...), nothing I couldn't do at home. The woman who did the treatments was very nice, they just weren't that good.
