I bought my 2016 Mazda CX-3 from Keffer in November and was very pleased with the experience.
I dealt with Kenny and he was the exact opposite of several other car salesmen I'd visited with that day. I was about five months away from the end of a lease, so most of them didn't want to talk numbers. That was their loss because I was ready to buy immediately, and Kenny was the one who gave me his undivided attention and worked out a fair deal. I absolutely LOVE the car and am glad the others were such jerks because I might not have this little beauty.
I've only been to the service department once and it was for an oil change. The first year buyers get free oil changes so I didn't have to pay the $80 or $85 (ouch) they charge for a synthetic oil change. That will be painful once I'm on the hook for that.
They've since moved to a new building and it's quite nice. Still hard to get in and out of depending on traffic, but that's Statesville Rd. for ya.
