This establishment seems to have changed management recently. They have upgraded their ticketing system so it is now computerized and I understand that they have upgraded their cleaning equipment as well.The proprietor has been on the premises each time I have visited, and it's refreshing to interact with young staff who seem to have a sense of pride in their work. I was most pleased today when I brought my slacks for same day service. At first I was told I couldn't get same-day because they were working on the equipment. But when I asked if they could recommend another cleaner, the owner spoke up and said that he would personally take care of it for me. They cleaned the item within a couple hours and called me when it was done. Now that's service!
