HORRIBLE place to live. No one cleans up after their dogs, the "laundromats" on site had no more than half of the washers working (for over 3 months), mold in the apartment, constant domestic violence in the complex..even gunshots. It was broken into the first week I lived there (luckily I still didn't have anything yet to move in.) It took them 9 months to install screens on the windows. The shower in the 2nd bath didn't work, the dishwasher didn't work. One of the worst parts about it though was the roaches...I had them come to spray a few times (at least they said they did) and they were all over. I spoke to management and she tells me "get a cat". Why? So you can charge me an additional deposit AND more rent each month? I paid $900 for this 2 bed/2 bath dump and then they wanted to increase my rent after a year. They should have been paying me to clean up after their mess.
This complex needs to be burnt to the ground.
