I use the internet nightly. They had been down twice last week for service on their lines. I raised my review to two (2) stars because it came back on one morning before 4 a.m. This is progress.
I am under my internet usage every month. They tell me I'm in some kind of a "grace" period now due to my internet usage. What does this mean? Why do I need "grace"? It is by the "grace" of God that my internet works for a full week without interruption.
For the amount of money that I pay for Cable and Internet I don't need... Nevermind, none of this helps
